I'm half Irish, so I consider St. Patrick's Day to be very important to me. What better way to celebrate than with alcohol. A few years ago, a friend told me about a drink she had called Leprechaun Piss. Obviously, I needed to make this and thought you might too.
Mix together the following:
- 1 oz. blue curacao
- 1 oz. triple sec
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- Top with orange juice
Okay, so I think I said something about prizes. I can't drink yet, so my favorite dessert is Apple pie with Ice Cream.
Grasshopper is my fave alcoholic drink.
Add to crushed ice creme de menthe, creme de cacao and 2 measures of cream. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

I used to have blue curacao with a certain brand of vodkha and some lemonade which would turn it green - I called it a Green Goddess. Wish I could remember what vodkha it was - clearly drank too many of them to remember that bit. :-P

My St Patrick’s Day drink of choice is a nice hot coffee laced with Baileys. :-} I love those things. I have so many of them that I don’t want ANY more until the next St Paddy’s Day LOL!

I don't really have a St.Pattys day tradition (other then wearing green since I am part irish lol) but I plan on going out with friends tomorrow to a local pub for a party!
I guess I like the holiday alright. I make sure I wear green that's for damn sure lol.

Mt favorite drink, when I could drink, was a rootbeer barrel. I know that doesn't really qulaify as a mixed drink, but I'm a beer kinda girl. It is super easy to make. Shot glass of rootbeer schnapps in a low ball glass filled with beer. Yum!

I'm a midori sour kind of girl which happens to be a lovely green color (and very non-alcohol tasting for us wusses** This is an alcoholic drink, you just don't have the "alcohol" taste so don't be fooled minors, you can't have it, sorry.)
Since I can't drink yet, my favorite dessert would be cheese cake with strawberries on top.

I make up an Irish Cream Cremosa or any other flavor Cremosa for family and friends who come over. Everyone's drinks sound pretty good, but I do have an aversion to drinking something bright green so I'd be afraid to try your drink. (-:

Happy St. Patrick's Day! I am not Irish, so I don't really celebrate, especially after having children. When I do drink though, I like JollyRanchers! They are pretty much all alcohol, but taste just like the candy. My favorite flavor is Watermelon and Strawberry mixed. Yummy! Your drink is pretty funny. I should try it sometime.
